Sentiero Via Maestra dei Villaggi

Sentiero Via Maestra dei Villaggi (World Center Resort- Amalfi oppure risalita per Agerola).
Il sentiero è l’antico percorso, tutt’oggi praticato, di collegamento tra i casali del Ducato di Amalfi: Tovere, Vettica e Pogerola. Attraversando la macchia mediterranea, in un paesaggio caratterizzato prevalentemente dal leccio, dal corbezzolo e da terrazzamenti coltivati, si giunge alla frazione di Lone per poi, lungo i suoi viottoli stretti, percorrere le stradine antiche di Amalfi, che portano alla piazza del Duomo

Sentiero dei ruderi del Convento di Cospiti

Sentiero dei ruderi del Convento di Cospiti (Ruderi) 2h 15m; 4,5 Km Dislivello 350 m.
Il sentiero è di media difficoltà, però permette un’eccezionale veduta a strapiombo su Amalfi. Le prime notizie sul convento dei Cospiti risalgono all’XI sec, presumibilmente di fondazione benedettina. Dal XIII sec al XIV secolo vi furono trasformazioni in seguito al passaggio di frati di San Francesco, ma anche se la tradizione orale vuole che sia stato fondato dal santo durante il soggiorno ad Amalfi nel XII secolo, tale tesi non è avvalorata dalle fonti storiche . I francescani vi rimasero fino al 1811 e in seguito divenne covo di briganti.
